Our Previously Planned Meeting Presentation follows below. However, due to the virus, the APRIL MEETING IS CANCELLED.
Check back for more details.
There would have been two speakers contributing to our April meeting. The first of them, Robert Kopfstein, spoke to us in November about bromeliads that don’t grow on trees. They included hechtias, dyckias and deuterocohnias. This time he’ll talk about cultivating them and will demonstrate skill with his handling of that prickly problem. Providing a soothing contrast Charles Oelsen would have followed up by telling us about one of the people who played a role in the recognition of such savage plants.
