Tuesday May 29th 8:00 a.m. – BSI Board meeting and judging school; show/displays set-up 12:00–2:00 Conference registration
WednesdayMay 30th 9:00-3:00 – Conference registration 9:00–5:00 – Intake for show plants & judging 11:30 a.m. – Opening Session, then Plant Sale opens to registrants only. Plant Sale will be open every day thereafter 9:00–5:00, except Sunday
ThursdayMay 31st Plant Show morning & Optional Bus Excursion afternoon, ending at San Diego Botanic Garden (Optional Bus Excursion is $60 per participant.)
FridayJune 1st Seminars/speakers No-host bar reception and Rare Plant Auction in the evening
SaturdayJune 2nd Show and Sales open to public; morning seminars/speakers Afternoon tour: member homes & Botanical Building in Balboa Park [see photos below] Evening Banquet and keynote speech
SundayJune 3rd Show and Sales open to public on the last day 9:00 – 3:00.

New Registration Fee of $290! If you paid at the $350 registration rate, you will be able to apply your refund of $60 to the purchase of tickets on the optional bus excursion or have your refund processed through the BSI treasurer.
