Our first meeting of the New Year 2026 will feature members of the Saddleback Valley Bromeliad Society. Cristy Brenner will present some pictures of previous WBC events.  She will discuss the hotel layout with its diagrams. Chris Bruce and Patti Dunn will answer any and all questions you have about any aspect of the Conference.  Plus, they may have some pleasant announcements that are not on the Conference Corner at the BSI website.

Michael McGuire is the noncommercial vendor liaison with Jerry Robinson of RainForest Flora. Jerry will answer any questions you have about becoming a vendor at the Plant Sale. They will also listen to our suggestions for the Conference.  Bring your calendars with you.  The Saddleback team will be soliciting volunteers from our very capable members. Attend this meeting and here more about this once in our lifetime opportunity to enjoy and participate in a WBC without flying half way around the world.

We will start the month of January with a fresh group of plants from Tropiflora in Sarasota, Florida. There will be a range of different plants from different genera — something for everyone.
